Costly drinks
MARTIN Joseph Ward, 18, of Williams Road, Burnley, was fined £75 and ordered to pay a £150 criminal court charge, £85 costs and £20 victim support when he appeared before Blackburn magistrates and pleaded guilty to being drunk and disorderly outside the George pub in Blackburn Road, Accrington.
