Carol Reid, of Arran Avenue, Blackburn, faces four charges
A 55-YEAR-OLD woman has appeared before Blackburn’s magistrates charged over a £73,000 benefits fraud.

Carol Reid, of Arran Avenue, Blackburn, faces four charges of failing to disclose that she was living as husband and wife with John Gallagher which affected her entitlement to housing and council tax benefits, employment and support allowance and income support.
Reid was granted bail.
