A WOMAN awaiting sentence for breaches of an Anti-Social Behaviour Order has been put on night-time curfew until the case is dealt with.
Rachel Linford, 20, has had her case put back by a judge, for assess-ment to be carried out by the probation service.
Magistrates had committed her to Preston Crown Court for sentencing, for two offences of breaching an ASBO.
Her barrister, Richard Bennett, said there were a number of testim-onials from people in authority at Styal prison, Cheshire, where she had been on remand, that seemed to indicate Linford had adopted some new lease of responsibility.
Judge Philip Sycamore adjourned sentencing to Friday April 20.
The defendant was bailed to an address in Hodder Grove, Clitheroe and must obey an 8pm-7am curfew.
