People's Postcode Lottery
ONE lucky player from Blackburn scooped £1,000 when postcode, BB1 8JY, was drawn as a Daily Prize winner.
Elizabeth Pepper, 45, who works for the NHS was delighted when she was told of her Postcode Lottery success.
