Detectives were yesterday closing in on the gang members behind a stabbing which left a teenager dead.
Police said they were following "a positive line of inquiry" into the death of Steven Lennon in Edinburgh.
The 17-year-old was attacked at 11pm on Friday at Weir Court in Sighthill Bank.
The victim, who lived at nearby Murrayburn Gardens, was taken to Edinburgh Royal Infirmary, but died from a stab wound shortly after 1am on Saturday.
Detective InspectorWallace Campbell said: "Our inquiries into Steven's death are continuing but the response from the public has been good."
