Mother-of-four Rose, and her team of four bakers, including Ted Robbins’ daughter Molly, used Genoise sponge, 25kg of flour and 340 eggs to make the edible Christian Grey.
Rose said: “We started working on it in November and I had a lot of help from the Pendle Cake Company.
I have read the books and this project was commissioned for the Cake International Competition. I’m glad Jamie was able to see it as well.”
