A TEN-YEAR-OLD girl was chased by a man “shouting lewd comments” close to a Blackburn playground at the weekend.
It is alleged he took off his trousers and urinated in a playground in Galligreaves Way, before chasing the youngster into nearby Essex Close, around 8.30pm on Saturday.
