Blackburn man charged with indecently exposing himself at Lloyds Bank
A 30-YEAR-OLD has appeared before Blackburn magistrates charged with outraging public decency and other sexual offences.
Anthony McCann, of Bolton Road, Blackburn, is charged with outraging public decency in Lloyds Bank, Blackburn, on November 12.

He is also charged with indecently exposing himself to a woman and indecently assaulting her.
McCann was sent on bail to Preston Crown Court where he will appear on February 9.
