Blackburn residents object plans for one-way street outside homes
RESIDENTS In Pritchard Street have submitted a petition to Blackburn with Darwen council objecting to plans for the creation of a one-way street on the road outside their homes.

Signed by 281 people, the petition will be considered by the borough Planning and Highways Committee on Thursday.
Councillors are being advised to tell lead petitioner Jackie Murfitt the document will be considered in a wider review of traffic arrangements in the area.
