A MAN “flipped” after he was accused of being a paedophile.
Blackburn magistrates heard that father-of-four Richard Lee Bradley, 29, threw a brick through a window and damaged a fence after a confrontation with his accuser.
Bradley, of Cleveleys Road, Blackburn, pleaded guilty to criminal damage.
He was made subject of an electronically-monitored curfew between 9pm and 6am for three weeks and ordered to pay £250 compensation and £60 costs.

Catherine Allan, prosecuting, said police had been called at 3am following a report of a disturbance.
The father of a 14-year-old girl had accused Bradley of “trying it on” with his daughter.
The father claimed that Bradley had tried to kiss the girl.
When he was interviewed, Bradley admitted he had said the girl was beautiful earlier in the evening but denied trying to kiss her.
He told police that when someone called him a paedophile he had flipped.
Jonathan Taylor, defending, said as a result of an off-the-cuff comment there had been a confrontation and things were said that upset Bradley deeply.
