Blackburn town centre
A MAN banned from Blackburn town centre under the terms of an anti-social behaviour order was caught on CCTV walking through the prohibited area.
Gareth James Harrison, 34, of The Salvation Army, Heaton Street, Blackburn, pleaded guilty to breach of an anti-social behaviour order.
