DETAILS have been announced for what is thought to be the only floating Christmas Markets in Europe – the Crafty Vintage Christmas Markets at Brockholes Nature Reserve.
The three-day event is from November 28 and creative folk from all over the UK will return for their third year.
More than 70 stallholders are expected to descend on the floating island, transforming it into a winter wonderland full of merriment and nostalgia where an array of hand- crafted gifts and vintage collectibles will be on offer to help you choose that perfect Christmas present.
Event organiser Laura Johnson said “We're really excited about staying open into the night and can’t wait for even more family groups to visit us this winter.
“We’ve a fantastic line-up of entertainment, including live music, close-up magic, retro DJs, delicious street food and our ever-popular pop-up cocktail bar.”
