East Lancs pensioner accused of downloading child porn online
A PENSIONER has appeared before Burnley magistrates, accused of downloading child porn via the internet.
Gerald William Leonidas Cole, 71, is charged with nine allegations of making an indecent photograph of a child and three counts of possessing an indecent photograph of a child.

The alleged offences are said to have taken place in Nelson on October 23.
Cole, of Barkerhouse Road, Nelson, did not enter pleas.
His case will be heard at the crown court and the defendant was bailed, on condition he does not have any unsupervised contact with anybody under 16.
