And with the support of her ex-footballer husband Phil, the 39-year-old’s goal is to convince the masses of the benefits of organic and additive-free produce.

Naked lifesize cardboard cut-outs of the former Burnley St Hilda’s girl will be used to promote her inaugural WinNaturally store in the city’s Halle Square mall.

Julie, nee Killelea, a company secretary for her family construction firm before marrying former England defender Phil, said: “Nowadays people are always looking for quick fixes, be it ready meals, weight loss or recovering from an illness.

“I was nervous about stripping for the camera but I felt it captured the essence of WinNaturally.”
