Hundreds of homes left without power in Clitheroe
ALMOST 200 houses were without power this afternoon in Clitheroe.
A spokeswoman from Electricity North West said that 177 customers reported a fault around 3pm which is thought to be due to a thunderstorm.
It’s understood that the storm affected overhead cables in the Woodhouse area of the town.
