A 64-YEAR-old man has appeared before Blackburn magistrates after boys aged 11 and 13 were allegedly paid to pose naked while he took photographs of them.
Catherine Allan, prosecuting, said: “These are specimen charges at the moment and police inquiries are ongoing.”
Stephen Brown, of Oxford Avenue, Clayton-le-Moors, was sent in custody to Burnley Crown Court charged with breach of a Sexual Offences Prevention Order and two charges of inciting a boy to engage in sexual activity.
