A COURAGEOUS teenager with cerebral palsy put his difficulties aside to tackle a lengthy charity walk.
Lewis Baker-Vose, from Oswaldtwistle, took on the 10k Walk For Your Charity his wheelchair alongside carer, Colin, yesterday.
The 17-year-old was raising memory for the East Lancashire Hospice in memory of his grandmother, Ruth, who died six years ago.
Proud mum Sharon, of Highfield Close, Oswaldtwistle, said: “He can walk a little bit with a frame but the ground has to be level and someone always has to be with him.
