A 21-Year-old man is facing jail, after admitting a string of child sex and porn offences at Burnley Crown Court.
Robert Gyles Court, of Salterforth Road, Earby, pleaded guilty to two charges of assault by penetration and one count of sexual activity with a child against a girl and one allegation of sexual activity with a child, involving a boy. The offences took place last summer.
The defendant also admitted four allegations of possessing an indecent photo of a child — 119 images at level one, 11 pictures at level two, 20 photos at level three and 23 images at level four, all between 2009 and 2013.
Court was bailed until June 9, for a pre- sentence report.
He must not have any contact with any child under 16, unless under the supervision of another person aged 21 or over.
Judge Jonathan Gibson warned the defendant: “Of course, custody is very likely in your case, but I will give you bail in the meantime until the sentence is finally decided.”
