A COLNE man has been left with a £320 legal bill after he went on a wrecking spree in the town’s Market Street Precinct in January.
Philip Mark Forrest, 43, of Bath Street, smashed a window in the front door of Al Pacino’s pizzeria and went on to break another at Nobles Amusements on January 12, Burnley magistrates were told.
He has been ordered to repay £170 compensation to the owners of the pizzeria and £250 to the amusement arcade’s bosses after he pleaded guilty to two charges of causing criminal damage.
