WITTON Park High School helped to raise just under £500 for the British Heart Foundation recently.
Students paid £1 to wear an item of red clothing, raising £479 in the process.
The school is very involved with heart-related work and recently Year 10 and 11 students took part in workshops which promoted healthy living and good heart health.
More sessions are planned for later in the year with the students planning new ideas about how to get the message across and continue their partnership with the charity.
