They will arrive at Blackburn railway station, and will be driven along Railway Road, down Church Street, and onto Darwen Street.
The royals will be making their way by car to Blackburn Cathedral for the special Maundy Thursday service from 10.30am where they will hand out Maundy Money to people from across Lancashire.
Maundy Thursday - also called Holy Thursday, is the beginning of the three day celebration of Easter - the most important time in the year for Christians.
This period ('The Triduum') is one big celebration, remembering the last supper, the crucifixion and the death of Jesus, and the Resurrection to new life.
Edith Pamplin, 79, from Manchester, has been in Blackburn since 8am.
She said: "I'm a royalist and I think why I can, I would like to see the queen.
The Queen and other royals have accepted posy's off me in the past and i'm hoping she will today."
She is also wearing a broach that was worn by a relative for the Queen's coronation.
Mia Stott, 10, from Chipping, arrived at 1am this morning to get the best seat in the house outside the Cathedral cordon. She has travelled with her gran Kath and two great aunts.
Mia has seen the Queen in london but is excited to see her near to her home town.
She said the part she is looking forward to the most is the excitement of seeing her arrive and catching her first glimpse of her.
