Concern grows for missing East Lancs boys

TWO teenage boys who have been missing for five days have been urged to get in touch with police.

Kyle Gibbings, 14, and Ryan Kilford, 16, were last seen last Monday near the Inn on the Wharf pub in Burnley.

Neither boy is from Burnley, but they were spotted outside the Manchester Road venue at around 11.40pm.

Kyle is described as 5ft 4in with very short, light brown hair. He was last seen wearing a grey tracksuit.

Ryan is 5ft 10in with short, dark brown hair. He was wearing a black anorak and jeans, and also has a tattoo of a heart with wings and Chinese writing on his left forearm.

Kyle has family connections to both Burnley and Ashton-under-Lyne.

PC Steph Townson, of Burnley police, said anyone who spotted boys matching these descriptions should contact police She said: “We are growing concerned for Kyle and Ryan as they haven’t been seen for some time now.

“I would urge anyone who sees them to get in touch with us by calling 101 quoting log number 1588 of March 24.”
