THE latest developments in support for people with multiple sclerosis will be highlighted next month when the Burnley and Pendle branch of the MS Society hosts a range of volunteers and professionals.

Anyone whose life is affected by MS is invited to to find out more about the services and activities available locally.

The speakers will include complementary therapists, a pilates instructor, chiropodist, occupational therapists, Citizens Advice, representatives of the MS Society and more.

The events at the Oaks Hotel in Colne Road, Reedley, are on Wednesday, April 2, from 12 to 3pm, and Tuesday, April 8, from 6.30 to 9pm.

Therese Edmonds, branch chair, said: “People with MS need to know what is available locally so they can get the support they need and this should really help.”
