A HEADTEACHER has thanked staff from a private hospital who helped demonstrate good hygiene to pupils.
A team from Beardwood Hospital went to Westholme Infant School with a UV light box and a special hand wash which mimics germs, to demonstrate to the children how easy it was to spread bacteria amongst themselves.
Headteacher Lisa Bolton said: “As BMI The Beardwood Hospital’s staff delivered the message in such a creative and fun way, I’m sure that the children will continue to practice the good lessons they’ve learned on a daily basis at school and at home.”
