BURNLEY rally co-driver Chris Wood is more than 90 per cent of the way to completing his fundraising goal.

Mr Wood, 50, was paralysed in a cycling accident and requires a new wheelchair, hoists and other specialist items.

Mr Wood, who now requires two full-time carers at his home in Huddersfield, was in hospital for 10 months after his accident in December 2012.
