THE work of the Ribble Valley Open 2013 prizewinner is on show in Clitheroe until Saturday, February 22.
The exhibition by Glen Purchase from Clitheroe can be seen in the Education Room at the Platform Gallery in Station Road.
The free show is open from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday and from 10am to 4pm on Saturdays.
Each year the Clitheroe Castle Museum hosts a Ribble Valley Open Exhibition, displaying selected artwork inspired by the Ribble Valley.
Mrs Purchase said: “I am mainly self-taught, and have tried as many different ways of producing an image as I can think of – oils, acrylics, computer generated pictures, but always come back to watercolours, as being the most beautiful.”
