A MAN accused of having a near £8,000 cannabis farm, appeared before Burnley magistrates.
Masood Ahmed, 36, of Leeds Road, Nelson, is charged with producing 790 grams of cannabis and abstracting electricity, said to worth £3,469, last October 8, at Nelson.
The bench decided the case should be heard at the crown court and the defendant was bailed until a plea and case management hearing on May 12.
