Tight squeeze for MGB

First published in News

STAFF at a new fireplace showroom were shocked to find an MGB car stuck under the fence around the premises.

A spokesman for Corian Living at Brilliant Fires in Thwaites Close, Blackburn, said: “It was lodged under the metalwork for two hours before it was removed.”

It's an easy mistake to make.
My dear old Mum used to own an MGB GT but would often insist on calling it a JCB GT.
(Anyone want to make a bet that this article was written by a woman, as any schoolboy would never make this error?)

MGB or MG TF? Well whatever you want to call it, I can confirm that it's a waste of a car. It has issues with the gear linkage, head gasket problems, catalytic convertor keeps failing. Hence, the scrap value might be more than what owners seem to think they're worth.

Ps. I'll send you a £150 Paypal payment for it right now! ;-)

So you know the owner then? with a statement like that, maybe you can assist
with any police enquiries and the insurance claim. being it's only worth scrap value.
