A SHOPKEEPER from Burnley has been left with a £700 legal bill after being caught selling rolling tobacco.
Mohammed Usman, 27, of Forest Street, Burnley, was prosecuted by Lancashire trading standards over products on sale at Knott Lane convenience store in Colne.
He was fined £600 with £150 costs and a £60 victim surcharge after he admitted supplying Golden Virginia pouches without health warnings.
