A BURNLEY-based home care firm met all essential standards examined during a recent inspection.
After visiting Suite 5 on Bancroft Road, the Care Quality Commission said: “All the people we spoke to praised the service and said they had no complaints. “Plans of care gave staff the details to look after the people who use the service. The recruitment procedures were robust to help ensure staff who looked after people were suitable for their roles [and] there was an effective complaints procedure for people to raise any concerns.”
