JAKE Berry, MP for Rossendale, has vowed to get issues such as broken street lights and damaged pavements sorted if residents report them to him. He said: “Our local councils have been given extra money by the Government to repair our roads. “However, we need to make sure that they know where the potholes are. Please keep reporting problems online via at www.potholepatrol.uk and I will do my best to get them repaired. “Please also let me know about any other problems up your street as well. “Whether it’s broken street lights, damaged pavements, or litter bins not being emptied, I will get it reported and sorted.”

People shouldn't have to report things like this to their MP -the council should be set up to deal with people's concerns. Jake Berry should have more pressing things to do than worry about potholes, and if his scum Tory Party could be bothered running the country more responsibly nobody would be complaining about potholes anyway.
