MORE than 1,000 worshippers poured out onto the streets for celebrations in East Lancashire marking the birth of the Prophet Muhammad.
Streets around central Blackburn were thronged as a Milad procession departed from the Madina mosque in Oak Street, along Whalley Range, Earl Street and back towards town via Shear Brow and Altom Street today.
