Cupping Therapy is a natural, holistic, preventative and curative treatment. Cupping therapists – past and present, including modern scientists, state that there are numerous advantages to cupping. It is an effective and safe method of aiding your own body to prevent, heal and cure itself of illnesses, aches, pains and diseases. It is deeply relaxing and therapeutic for the patient. It boosts the immune system, detoxifies the body, improves blood circulation, removes blood stasis, heals and strengthens all internal organs, improves skin conditions and gives an extremely deep tissue massage.
This treatment is beneficial for anyone with any illness or condition or simply to improve well-being and maintain good health.

According to Hennawy (2004), Cupping Therapy is indicated for blood disorders, pain relief, inflammatory conditions, mental and physical relaxation, varicose veins and deep tissue massage and quotes up to 50% improvement in fertility levels.

According to licensed acupuncturist Jordanna Dworkin of InTouch NYC, cupping therapy has very real health benefits. She believes, along with many alternative practitioners, cupping can reduce swelling and pain by improving blood flow..It’s especially beneficial for those “with phlegm congestion in the lungs, aches and pains along the back body, and abdominal cramping'.

The benefits of cupping remain undisputed and both historically and scientifically proven.
