Several months ago in response to an article about people driving pimped cars around the nearby Morrison's car park, I commented on here that one didn't have to go so far to see people driving recklessly and at high speed ! I was referring to Barbara Castle Way and my comment at that time was whooshed. So what a turn up for the books is this little incident. Just glad no-one was hurt or killed.

Cars rarely drive themselves up embankments, these things usually happen because there is a bad driver behind the wheel. Though having a bad driver on our roads is hardly news! Notice also that the LET dont photograph the moron motorist face on. Cowards!

Usual make of car. An offence of driving without due care and attention as an absolute minimum. Let's see if there is a prosecution. I won't hold my breath.

If I remember correctly Barbara Castle way is a 30 mph road so how did this BMW end up stranded on the embankment? You don't think the idiot behind the wheel could have been speeding do you? I would have loved to have been privy to the litany of excuses that babbled forth.
