DAWN Brooks Dental Practice in Great Harwood met all the essential standards during a recent inspection which was carried out by the Care Quality Commission.
The regulator said of the Glebe Street premises: “We spoke with six adults using the service in the surgery [and] all the members of staff, including the dentist who was also the registered manager.
“All the patients felt staff treated them in a pleasant and respectful manner, and were good at making them feel comfortable and at ease.
“Patients felt they were given enough information about their treatment options, and the fees, which enabled them to make choices about what option was best.
“They said the dentist discussed these things properly with them and they had been able to agree to the treatment undertaken.
“People confirmed they never felt rushed when having treatmen.
“And that they could see the dentist at short notice if need be.
They also said they felt safe with the dentist and that 'she really cares'.”
