A FAMILY is being sought by police after a vacuum cleaner was stolen from a pub and restaurant in Haslingden.
The family went into the Duke of Wellington, in Grane Road, on November 14, and left with the vacuum cleaner.
A delivery of cleaning items was made to the pub at 2.45pm that day, and left in the foyer briefly.
A family of two adults and two young boys left the pub shortly after the delivery, and took the brand new vacuum cleaner, worth £200, with them.
The family all had strong Irish accents, and their faces were captured on CCTV.
A police spokeswoman said: “We are looking to speak to the man and woman in the CCTV images in connection with the offence and would ask anyone with any information to contact police on 101.”
