MOUNTAIN rescuers covering the West Pennine Moors have welcomed eight new members into their team.
The eight trainees have been accepted into the team as ‘full team call out’ list members. Martin Battersby, Michael Eddleston, Jess Ellsmore, Doctor Mark Jeffrey, Ashley Kelshaw, Doctor Richard Moss, Michael Wakerley and Chris Weatherhead started with the team in October 2012 and have since gone on to complete their initial probationary membership period and a full 12 months trainee membership period.
