EAST Lancashire-based Forbes Solicitors has been appointed as the provider of Employment Law advice to The Information Commissioner’s Office for new matters following a competitive tendering process.

The ICO is the UK’s independent authority set up to uphold information rights in the public interest, promote openness by public bodies, and data privacy for individuals. The Forbes’ employment team will provide advice on all aspects of employment law to The ICO, which employs 400 staff, across the UK.
