A HUSBAND committed suicide after killing his wife.
Charles Nigel Maude, who was known as Nigel, stabbed and strangled his wife Judith at their home in Hoghton, before running out in front of a train, an inquest heard.
West Lancashire deputy coroner Simon Jones recorded that the couple had both died of multiple injuries.
