REPRESENTATIVES from Hyndburn organisations and councillors attended the launch of ‘Warm Homes Hyndburn’ at Accrington Town Hall.
The scheme was launched to publicise a scheme that offers certain residents free home improvements to improve their energy efficiency.
Low income families, benefit recipients, older people or individuals living in hard to treat properties are most likely to benefit from this additional support from Warm Homes Hyndburn.
Some homes will automatically qualify for free insulation measures, and residents who do not think their property will qualify are encouraged to double check.
