Man battered outside Clitheroe bank

A MAN was punched in the face and kicked after falling during an assault in Clitheroe.

The 28-year-old man was attacked from behind outside the Santander Bank in Castle Street.

Police are appealing for anyone with information on the attack, which happened at 11.30pm on Saturday, November 23, to come forward.

The offender has been described as a white male between 20 and 25 years old.
