A 30-YEAR-OLD man has appeared before Blackburn magistrates charged with engaging in sexual activity with a 15-year-old girl after they were seen ‘kissing and cuddling’ on a bus.
Amjid Hussain, of Ebony Street, Blackburn, was also charged with keeping a child out of the lawful control of a person entitled to that control. He was sent in custody to Burnley Crown Court.
The court heard an off duty special constable was on the bus from Accrington to Rochdale and after he raised concerns the bus was stopped by a uniformed officer and Hussain arrested.
