Lancashire ban for accused
1:01pm Friday 27th September 2013 in News
A 48-year-old man is facing trial over historic child sex allegations.
Mark St John Duckworth appeared at Burnley Crown Court, where he denied three charges of indecent assault and three counts of sexual activity with a child.
The alleged offences are said to have taken place in Nelson some years ago.
Duckworth, who now lives in Peterborough, was bailed until the three-day hearing, on January 13. He must not contact witnesses and must not enter Lancashire, except to attend court.
