SELRAP, the campaign group that calls for the reinstatement of the railway line linking Colne with Skipton, has appealed for its supporters to come out in force ahead of a meeting next month.
Members and prospective members will meet at St Bartholomew’s Church in Church Street, Colne, from 7pm on September 9.
SELRAP is working to reinstate the ‘missing link’ between Skipton and Colne as well as for an improved service from Colne to Preston.
The group recently named Richard Faulkner, Baron Faulkner of Worcester, as a patron.
