3:18pm Monday 19th August 2013 in News
COUNCILLORS in Great Harwood have written to bosses at a bus firm after receiving complaints from residents.
Couns Noordad Aziz and Ciaran Wells expressed their concerns about the number 20 and 21 bus services to operator Pilkington Buses.
The buses are scheduled to run along Harwood New Road and call at Harwood Bar. But they have been missing the stop, along with the stop at Harwood New Road, residents said.
Concerns were also raised about buses driving along Lyndon Road.
There are no bus stop on the road and elderly residents have said the increased traffic flow poses a danger to them, the councillors said in their letter.
