A 22-year-old man has appeared in court after allegedly committing indecent acts on three separate occasions while sitting outside a Costa Coffee shop in a busy pedestrianised town centre street.
Qamar Ilyas, of Steiner Street, Accrington, faces three indecency charges.
The offences are alleged to have taken place on the pavement outside the Costa Coffee shop on Broadway, Accrington, on May 25 and 26. Ilyas pleaded not guilty and the case was adjourned to July 3.
