Acklam on move ACKLAM Sports and Gymkhana will taking place on a new field this year on Saturday, May 25.
Because the usual field was reseeded last year, it will be on Kirk Balk between the villages of Leavening and Acklam, courtesy of Messrs Inman.
The schedule will include leaping and gymkhana, athletics for children and adults, a hound trail, family dog show, Middleton Foxhounds, sheaf throwing contest and tug-of-war.
There will be tea and cakes, hot rolls and drinks, a beer tent and music.
