Blackburn man racially abused ASDA guard
A 26-YEAR-OLD man shouted racist abuse at a security guard who caught him stealing drink from Asda.
Blackburn magistrates heard Simon Collinson said to another security guard: “I’m not saying it to you because you’re the same colour as me.”
Collinson, 26, of Dickinson Close, Blackburn, pleaded guilty to racially aggravated threatening behaviour and theft. He was made subject to community supervision for 12 months and ordered to pay £95 costs.
