Burglar struck at Blackburn home as family slept

A BURGLAR who entered a Blackburn home while the occupants were asleep escaped with a 42ins television, two mobile phones and the keys to the family car.

Blackburn magistrates heard the following day the owners discovered their car was missing as well.

Yasin Hussain Shah, 20, of Pine Street, Blackburn, pleaded guilty to burglary at a house in Livingstone Road, and theft of a satellite navigation system from a van parked in a nearby street.

He was committed on bail to Preston Crown Court to be sentenced.

Everybody go to bed and should lock all doors windows and should have smoke alarms.Burglar alarms should be fitted it doesn't cost the earth and outside security lights and cctv if you can afford one.

If you are a burglar then you would be worried about these form of detterent.
This family has a right to go to bed like any other family in Blackburn or anywhere in UK without burglars breaking into their homes and property and sleep safely and soundly in their beds with smoke alarms, burglar alarms cctv and security lights.
Police are advising homeowners it's worth installing these security measures to prevent such crimes happening again.
I am a law abiding citizen and my sympathy are with the family who have suffered this terrible crime.
The burglar should be behind bars where he belongs.
