This is the eighth year the festival will be taking place in the Ribble Valley in fields near Sawley.
Nick Chalmers, co-founder of the Beat-Herder festival, said “The quality of the line up is massive and there's so much more to come.
“We’ve been labouring over a new area for 2013.
“I can’t say much more at this stage, but it’s going to be spectacular. Really something else.
“We are lucky to have found such a great site for the festival, it really is a beautiful corner of Lancashire and we feel proud to be introducing people from all over the world to the Ribble Valley.
Other acts announced include Clean Bandit, Toy, Roosevelt and Dan Croll.
Mr Chalmers said: “I’m particularly excited about the one and only Jimmy Cliff who’s responsible for the new motto of Beat Herder "you can get it if you really want"
“We really are bringing so much world renowned talent to Lancashire.“ The festival will take place from July 5 to 7.
